I'm Whitley, a passionate advocate for children with disabilities and a proud Houston native. With a background as a certified special education teacher, ARD facilitator, and member of the Council of Parent Attorneys and Advocates (COPAA), I have witnessed firsthand how the public education system approaches the unique needs of students with disabilities.
I firmly believe that every child has an undeniable right to learn in an environment that meets their educational needs, and every parent deserves the resources and support necessary to safeguard this fundamental right.
